Orders and changes

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed?
Yes, you can make changes within 24 hours of confirmation of your order. To do so, contact us at Lydyss.team@gmail.com, quoting your order number. If the conditions are met, we will process your request within 48 to 72 hours.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order directly from your account on Lydyss.com.

 

Returns and refunds

What are your return deadlines?
You can return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of receipt. Return costs may vary depending on your location.

How do I request a refund?
Send an e-mail to Lydyss.team@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your request. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a refund within 5 to 10 working days.

Where do you mainly deliver?
We mainly target the Australian market, but we also offer international delivery to satisfy our global customer base.

What are your average delivery times?
Australia: 2 to 5 working days.
International: 7 to 14 working days, depending on the region.
